The Castle Hotel a Luxury Collection Hotel Dalian

Our stay at The Castle Hotel was nothing short of impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, promptly handling our luggage and transferring it to our room. The thoughtful touch of offering tea at check-in was delightful, and we greatly appreciated the early check-in, which allowed us to start enjoying the stunning venue right away. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with charming details that make it feel like a fairytale retreat. We loved watching the deer wander outside—it added such a magical touch to the experience. The convenience of the shuttle service down the mountain was also a major plus, though we did find it a bit tricky to figure out how to call the shuttle from the base. A little more clarity on that process would be helpful for future guests. The only minor improvement we’d suggest is with the breakfast buffet—while the selection was good, the food was more lukewarm than hot. A bit more attention to keeping dishes at the ideal temperature would make it perfect. Overall, The Castle Hotel provided a luxurious and memorable stay, and we can’t wait to return! My and my fiancée visited Dalian this past Lunar New Year. I grew up around the area and have wanted to stay here for a while. The overall stay and experience was great. Gym, food, and other amenities are all 10/10. The only thing was our particular room ran a bit hot since it’s the middle of winter and they cranked the heat way up. Besides that, we will stay here again next time.

I love that there was a pool, I normally spend my mornings in there, the buffet range was all Dalian delicacies and the rooms give you a royal kind of feeling, the staff are very friendly and I even made a few friends with them! Definitely will come again!
