The service in Celadon is top notch. Our server Maun (I think?) entertained our requests (including a Mango sticky rice birthday greeting for my cousin that we asked for last minute!) and was incredibly easy to talk to! They even brought out a basket filled with the vegetation we just ate to explain to us what we had just eaten. The food was also some of the best Thai I've ever eaten. Their satay is among my favourites and the tom yum soup to die for! I cannot recommend this place enough! Also, there were thai performers while we had dinner!
