Met by Elizabeth at reception and could instantly see and feel the quality. Good introduction including the fact that evenings have a happy hour including wine, cheese and nibbles. The rooms have some food and wine plus other bits. All included in the room price. Very nice hotel and quiet hip 🇳🇿 Washing facilities on site which was great. Nice outside space. Rooms well equipped and great showers and products. It’s all good here and we would definitely stay again if we return. Well done Elisabeth and team 😁🇳🇿🏴
Cosy hotel with spacious rooms/comfortable bed. Doesn't quite scream "5 star" with small bathroom and no lift. Quiet location with a short walk down the hill to city centre. Plenty of parking on site or off street available. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Staff were friendly didn't quite explain much about the hotel or surroundings. Appreciated the welcome bottle of Pinot noir.
Kitsch and friendly hotel, close to central cbd. Great staff, lovely to have an included happy hour and the breakfast options were sufficient. Only downside was the duvet we had had blood stains on it and would have expected housekeeping to vacuum if remaking beds and refreshing towels.
