We spent 4 nights at Chalets with friends and family and had a lovely experience! While the property definitely shows signs of ageing, the whole experience was top notch. It is a very charming hotel nestled in the middle of a forest. Their staff is very professional and courteous and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible and went out of their way! The food was great and the so was the coffee! Will definitely return another time! Thank you all for a memorable stay!
A mini Swiss experience in Himalayas, with a beautiful Indian twist of delicious food and warm hospitality. Each cottage or bungalow is like a mini wooden chalet right from the peaks of the Swiss alps. The decor is excellent and romantic. Gorgeous valley or forest views from most of the rooms. Spacious gardens to have your tea in or just spend time with friends and family. Food is delicious. Indian or continental or Chinese, each bite leaves you satisfied. Room service is so prompt and food is very thoughtfully served in casseroles that keep it warm right down to last minute. A beautiful swimming pool with glass ceilings so that you can use it any time. Just have to be careful to not leave doors open as monkeys are occasionally around. But that is normal in any hill station. All in all a five star stay and rating to this wondrous hotel. Kudos to the entire team!!
The Chalets is a quaint resort very close to the Naldehra Golf Course, with accommodations in the Swiss style, as the name suggests. The location is good, the rooms and cottages are good, the recreational areas are good, and the food is good. The staff are courteous and helpful, so service is excellent. The only thing it lacks is air conditioning which with the changing weather patterns is missed a bit in peak summers. And some areas look a little run down for a premium priced resort. All in all, still a place I’d recommend for a short getaway.
