The Chamberlain Hotel

Hotel incredibly well located—just a short walk from the Tower of London and right near the heart of the City. Public transport is a breeze, with both bus stops and a metro station very close by, making it easy to get around London. The hotel, newly renovated, has stunning facilities. The rooms are impressively spacious by London standards, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The on-site restaurant / pub is another highlight. It’s a large, welcoming space with top-quality food. I especially recommend the cheeseburger and the beef pie to share. The drink menu is excellent too, with a wide selection of beers to choose from. What really made the experience unforgettable was the staff. Both the hotel and restaurant teams were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just stayed here recently and quite liked it. The location was great for us for this trip for a friend’s wedding nearby. It’s just around the corner from the Tower of London and there are several tube stations nearby to get anywhere around town and to and from Heathrow. Our room (good size for Europe) faced the pedestrian only street out the back so it was super quiet. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. And the AC was great - made for a perfect sleep. The only tiny thing was that the water temp in the shower vacillated - not enough to jump out of the way as too hot or too cold, but enough to notice because it seemed fairly constant. Small thing though - would still stay here again. We were never up early enough to try the breakfast so can’t comment on that but we did have cocktails one night and a lunch at the attached restaurant and both were good too.

I had a wonderful afternoon at the Chamberlain Hotel in the bar in June with a group of friends. We were visiting not staying at the hotel. We had a meal which was lovely and the service was fantastic. All staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. The service for our meal was outstanding by Liam. Highly recommend and we will be back again soon. Thank you 😄
