I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how horrible this place was. I booked this hotel because it looked decent online, but my experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish, despite its central location. I stayed here (with family) for two days and booked my stay through Agoda. First off, they advertise tea included with your booking. Well, guess what? No tea! I asked at the front desk, and they just shrugged it off as if it was no big deal. It’s not like I’m asking for a five-course meal; I just wanted a cup of tea as promised. So frustrating! And don't even get me started on the used soaps they provided. Who in their right mind would think that’s acceptable? The soap was literally half-used and disgusting, like they didn’t even bother to check it before putting it in the bathroom. Super unhygienic and completely unacceptable. Another thing is that the bed was a total disaster. I’ve never slept on something so uncomfortable in my life. The mattress was either broken or just ridiculously old, the springs were poking through, and I woke up with back pain that lasted for days. I’ve had better sleep on a park bench. To top it all off, the room was dusty, the staff was unhelpful, and nothing about this stay made me feel even remotely comfortable. I’m genuinely shocked this place is still in business. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here. This hotel is a complete scam, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

Terrible Experience – Do NOT Book This Hotel! I came here with my wife. We're in a long-distance marriage – she lives in Sabah while I work in Penang. Every two months, either I fly back to see her or she visits me. So this trip was special for us. We saw this hotel on Agoda. The photos looked amazing – clean, elegant, luxurious. But when we arrived in person, we were shocked. The hotel is extremely old and poorly maintained. The room was dusty and worn out. The toilet was dirty. The trash bin had a hole in it. The TV didn’t work. The telephone was broken. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unstable. Everything felt neglected and disgusting. This was supposed to be quality time with my wife, but the condition of this hotel ruined the mood. To all travelers: PLEASE avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s awful, dirty, and NOTHING like what you see online . TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!

Dirty. No water in the bathroom. Water is dripping from the ceiling to the bed. Broken key cards. After seeing the condition we imidity checked out. Upon checking out, even Although we pay for the tourism tax through the booking app they keep that amount from our deposit. Not only it's out of order, Looks like the front desk is doing an Scam as well. After explaining this to the booking App they were refunded the amount. Avoid this place!!!
