The Chancery Hotel

This hotel checked all the boxes for our stay in Dublin. Smooth check in, great location, terrific service. Walking distance to the Temple Bar area, Trinity College area and Grafton street. One block away from The Long Hall and many shopping opportunities yet the hotel on Ship st. is so quiet. The have a little bar/coffee place inside the hotel that was terrific. If we return to Dublin we will stay at The Chancery 100%!

The service at this hotel is fabulous! They were very communicative to any questions I had via email prior to us checking in. They were prompt and helpful when we stayed there. The room is very modern and we enjoyed the high tech buttons for opening and closing doors, turning on/off lights, etc. The service is fantastic! The only things I wish they had were a fan or more high powered air conditioning. Dublin was experiencing a heat wave for the summer and the air vent did not blow directly in the bedroom. I also wish they had breakfast as an option for room service, and that there was a way to stop the curtains from opening every time we went in/out of the room. But all in all, it was a very nice hotel!

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Dublin. The Chancery was within 15-20 minutes (walk) of everything that we wanted to do. The rooms were so nice and spacious (for a European hotel). The beds were comfortable and it was a nice touch to have all the controls by the beside. We could turn off the lights, close the curtains, and set the do not disturb. The TV also had access to streaming services. I was able to get water bottles filled at the bar downstairs and staff was very kind. Would absolutely stay here again!
