The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Helped me out a lot with questions I had. Food and service were amazing. Ely did a wonderful job helping us out. Santiago was great with anything else I needed if Ely was not available. I will definitely come back.
Our stay at The Charlee Hotel in Poblado 06/20/2025 - 06/24/2025 was amazing! From the bellmen and security to the front desk, breakfast team, and housekeepers, every staff member was so sweet and attentive. They truly made us feel like royalty. As English speaking tourists with limited Spanish, my husband and I really appreciated their patience and effort to communicate with us. Colombians, in general, were some of the kindest people we’ve met in our travels. Although the rooftop pool and amenities were closed for renovations, we still had a fantastic time. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with unique touches and stunning views (a musthave for us). The location was also super central and convenient. We’d absolutely stay here again!
The staff was very amazing, thoughtful, and helpful. Good food and restaurant. The location itself is great, BUT this hotel is incredibly difficult to get a good night sleep in. It’s right next to the clubs that will have the heavy bass going until 4 am. You’ll hear drunk shouting all night. They should probably give guests ear plugs. Early in the morning around 6-7 am, we could hear everything happening above us like there was a gym and someone was deadlifting and dropping large weights. Not sure I’ve ever left a trip as tired as this. Was only able to get 4-5 hours a night.
