The Charm Resort Phuket

We enjoyed our stay at the Charm Resort. The room was clean and tidy and the bed very comfortable. We had a pool access room which was definitely worth the extra. Breakfast is good with a wide variety, but the dinner was very good. Particularly the yellow curry and the tom yum. The best of all though is the location, absolutely perfect!

I just spent 10 nights at the charm and had a great time there. Room was clean and cleaned everyday. Service was exceptional. Food was great Cocktails are great. Rooftop pool and bar is great. Only issue is it's a 10 min walk to the shops and bars, which didn't bother me but could be an issue with people that don't like to walk. Beach is under 5 min walk. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be coming again

The only positive point was its location – very convenient and close to the beach and main spots. However, the rest of my stay was disappointing: • Breakfast was extremely poor. Hardly 2 options for Indian food, and even those were of very bad quality. • On arrival, they demanded 3000 THB as a cash-only security deposit before check-in. This was never mentioned in the booking policy. As a traveler, you usually carry limited cash and rely on cards/forex cards, so this was very inconvenient. • On the second day, I left my office access card on the bedside table. The housekeeping staff entered and cleaned the room without asking or informing me when I was out. After that, my office card was misplaced – a very careless approach to guest belongings. Overall, apart from the location, the service, food, and management were very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend Charm Resort for anyone expecting good hospitality or transparency.
