The Charming By Curt Suites

We had a lovely stay overall! The room was very nice, clean, and quiet, and in a great location — very close to two metro stations, a railway station, and just a 10-minute walk from Alexanderplatz. Communication with the host was excellent — they were friendly, responsive, and made everything easy for us. The only thing to note is that the room is better suited for two adults and two small children. We were four adults, and two of us stayed in a loft area that could only fit a double bed, with very limited standing space. This setup would be perfect for a family with young children, but it's a bit tight for adults. Still, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for smaller groups or families!

We had an amazing experience staying at this aparthotel! The room was spacious and well equipped, it has everything that a traveler might need to feel cozy ‘at home’. A coffee machine, kettle, shower amenities, cooking utensils are great additions to the room, as well as an ironing board and plenty of hangers. We had a couple of questions, which the team was very quick to respond to via whatsapp. We got a bit unlucky with construction noise outside and the team were quick to help us with - in a very kind and professional manner. Another plus is a giant shopping area nearby (5-10 minute walk) where you can pick up anything you might need. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don’t stay here whatever you do. Fire station next door. Many fire trucks and police cars rushing by. Check-in is digital and if you book thorough platforms they don’t know or care how to contact you. You get stuck with luggage outside the entrance. Their service is the worst I’ve experienced in years. Asked for fresh towels three days in a row. They promised and confirmed but never delivered. The most insane part when they offered a complementary “mid stay refresh up” (35 EUR worth they claim). It was the day we already CHECKED OUT. So, they didn’t even bother to check how long my family of four was staying. I kept the chat and will do a push to get Charming by Curt Suites off platforms such as Hotels.com, booking etc. They are rude, disrespectful and don’t follow service agreements.
