Appreciation to the Hotel and Mr. Mark I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel team, especially Mr. Mark, for the warm hospitality and truly enjoyable stay. The overall experience was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be great if each room phone could display the room number, and if the restaurant could implement a digital scanning card system to automatically recognize the guest’s room number. This would help make the dining experience even more seamless. Thank you once again for the wonderful service. We look forward to returning in the future. (Room 231)

All the staff were genuinely friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. One of the team members even gave us a quick tour of the premises, which was a nice touch. We opted for the one-bedroom suite, it was spacious, quiet, and subtle touch that screams “luxury” here and there, definitely worth the price. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, which we really enjoyed. We’ll definitely return whenever we need a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Beautiful hotel to come and chill and unwind as it overlooks mountains and a golf course. Mr Mark made us feel welcomed when we stepped in The chateau and took us around to show us the enmities around the hotel. Food was rather not to standard and needs to be worked on. They were out of a few dishes when we wanted to order and food quality needs to be improved. Overall a great place to unwind and will definitely come again
