The staff were very polite and always welcomed and helpful. I liked night atmosphere at the hotel. If one thing I can describe why I put 4 stars for rooms, because the room smells a little bit moldy smell and fridge was not cold enough but apart from that we enjoyed staying at the hotel and had amazing breakfast! Breakfast there are an abundance of varieties you can choose, and it was very tasty!

The spa is your sanctuary for relaxation and serenity. You can get lost in the souks negotiating for the little souvenir to bring back to your loved ones. My wife and I had an amazing anniversary dinner at The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah. The setting was beautiful and elegant, perfect for a special occasion. What truly made the night unforgettable was the exceptional service from Mr. Barry. He was warm, professional, and made sure every moment felt personalized and special. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and matched the luxurious atmosphere. Thank you to Mr. Barry and the team for making our celebration so memorable. We'll definitely be back!
