The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa London

I was at Chelsea Harbour hotel & spa yesterday. My treatment was divine. I have enjoyed it so much. Following my treatment I was greeted by a very nice and welcoming Lily for my afternoon tea. She was so kind and helpful and made me feel so welcomed! I had an opportunity to taste 2 different types of tea. She kindly put the beautiful cakes I haven’t eaten in the box for me to take home. I had such a great experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the little touches—like the complimentary bottled water and the cozy bed, which made my stay extra relaxing. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The amenities were excellent too, especially the breakfast, which had a great variety of fresh and tasty options.
