I regularly stay away for work and this hotel is outstanding. The rooms are really lovely and even smell beautiful every time you enter. The bar/restaurant is inviting, the decor is original and beautiful. The food was excellent and the service throughout is top notch, nothing was too much trouble. Huge well done to the team and thank you for a perfect stay
Two night stay and ate here both evenings. Fabulous light and airy room, great bathroom and walk-in shower, comfortable bed. Iron, hairdryer, kettle, tea and coffee maker. Quiet surroundings and car park. Breakfast to die for and menu for lunch/dinner top class. Local to several other historic villages, walkable and a great roundtrip walk along the river. Shout out to Kim and Mack were the hosts with the most. Both very friendly, knowledgeable on the local area, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend as a stop over or just for food and great atmosphere. Thank you 🤎
Fabulous location and fabulous food! Main restaurant and bar is vintage quirky and relaxed, it hit just the right note, loved it. Great room with comfortable bed - everything we needed was provided. Exceptional service too, we were made to feel so very welcome from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
