We went for afternoon tea. It was lovely. We had the Gentleman Afternoon tea. The service was amazing they were very friendly and explained everything. We can't comment on the rooms as we didn't stay, but a family member did and said the rooms were lovey and he had a good breakfast.
Our stay at the Chester Grosvenor from 6-9th of July was a wonderful experience. From the reception staff the commissionaires all very helpful. The breakfast staff very friendly and were very helpful, the size of the breakfast just be sure you are hungry nothing is a small portion. Jerome and restaurant team were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, the dinner menu was superb very modern and very very tasty wonderful chef. A BIG THANK YOU to all the wonderful team. 💕
Had an excellent stay at The Grosvenor in Chester. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The room was absolutely spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every detail was taken care of. Whether you're visiting Chester for a relaxing weekend or a special occasion, I couldn't recommend this place more. It made our trip feel extra special.
