Linh was phenomenal! She organized last-minute Tours for us all while keeping excellent communication through WhatsApp, making sure we were well taken care of before, during and after our day! She is very professional courteous and honestly made staying here extra special! The hotel and all the rest of the staff were also exceptional! We are from California, and we highly recommend those whose only speak English to come here because many of the staff are able to communicate quite well! This is a very safe, clean, beautiful hotel and their food was so delicious and abundant!
Beautiful hotel with really nice rooms. The bathroom was big, and the beds comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was just ok and the rooms were not very soundproof. Could hear the neighbors talking and every noise from the hallway. But all in all a good stay!
Stayed 3 times and every time they had some kind of renovations going on. This time they have drilling right on top of our room for an hour both in the morning and afternoon. Staff are good and helpful. Facility is kind of old. Easy to access to the center and other places.
