The Chiang Mai Old Town

The best hotel experience we've ever had! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming. The team at reception was super helpful, taking care of every little detail and making sure we had everything we needed for our activities. We were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and I had booked a duo massage as a special treat. The spa staff were absolutely lovely—so thoughtful and gentle with my little girl. They made her feel so special, even surprising us with biscuits after the massage while singing "Happy Birthday." The chef surprised her again with a birthday cake in the room. Every detail was taken care of with such care and kindness. It truly made for an unforgettable stay.

We’re currently staying here on holiday and have been so impressed with the hospitality. The staff are friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to resolve and have been especially prompt and helpful. We’ve been sleeping so well the bed is incredibly comfortable and quiet. We originally planned for a shorter stay but extended because we’ve felt so at home here. The hotel also offers great excursions we’ve booked a few during our stay and really appreciate the convenience of having everything arranged for us. This morning, we shared some of our travel adventures from Europe to Asia, and the staff were genuinely interested, which made us feel even more welcomed. A big thank you to Bam, Bumbim, Tonnam, Nuch, Trang, Mali, Mia, along with the amazing housekeeping Duan Chay and maintenance team Boy, Tee Boon. You’ve truly made our stay special. Khop Khun Ka! 🙏

Our favorite hotel in Thailand! The service is truly excellent. Room, food, location and spa were great. You are able to walk to night markets, tons of food, and coffee shops. We always felt very safe walking around. A short drive to mall and other parts of Chaing Mai. Needing a fan to sleep at home, we appreciated the air purifier in our room. Acted like white noise for us, and also drowned out the morning rooster. Reception staff are always willing to help, and they have a car available to take you around the town. Highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!
