The Chill Resort & Spa Koh Chang

We highly recommend this place! Our family stayed here for a week on holiday, and we had a fantastic experience. The convenience, cleanliness, and exceptional service made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to take care of us. The breakfast was premium quality, and all the facilities were spotless. The beds were soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. We will definitely return for our next holiday in Koh Chang!

We had such a good week at this hotel! The breakfast is definitely the highlight. So good! The service is also very good! We just wish it was adults only hehe but we knew before we arrive that it’s not :-) one minus, I wish stuff would pick the towels people leave on the sun beds on their way to the breakfast. Some sunbeds were “booked” the whole day and people showed up after +5 hours 🥲

One of the top hotels on the island. Has a very modern vibe to it, but is peaceful and ideal for couples. Staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast a'la carte is a cool touch, we enjoyed those. Pool is nice, but not exceptional. I'm giving it a 4 because on reflection, the hotel is expensive and the rooms (maybe my view) are a bit basic, in terms of stone floor which I found cold and unwelcoming, giving the room a kind of clinical feel to it. The splash pool rooms are great in terms of terrace chill out area, but not sure if worth the money. Location is superb, Kae Bae is my favourite area on Ko Chang. I think most people would enjoy this hotel, but maybe better options around if you do your research. We have stayed here three times in total, but it wouldn't be my first choice if all options available.
