The Chitou Lemidi Hotel

I can tell the hotel was very grand during its heydays. It’s still beautiful, although rooms are a little dated now. However, compared to many hotels I stayed at during my two week visit to Taiwan, I wish all the hotels I stayed at were like the Le Midi. I’ll tell you I’ve seen some really bad hotels in such short time. The waterfall by the pool is so beautiful. I didn’t use all the facilities, but my child enjoyed the indoor kids playground and movie room. It was a bit of a walk to the xitou nature area. I do wish the hotel had a shuttle service as there isn’t a paved path to walk there. However, once you get the 25min up slope walk up to the nature area, everything else is easy. Once there it’s easy to get to monster village as well too. I would stay here again if we were to visit the area again someday.

I love this hotel with many great memories. I had lived here more than five times, not only with my family but also with friends together. The environment is good especially with fantastic view. I like to wake up by bird singing, and swim with clean water with millions e-ions. We had special experiences this time with good and kindness artist - 郭漁 who draw comic book - 戰果熊. Also, we joined wonderful music concert at time. The concert is super motived and touching. We had fun and also had a good vocation during weekend here, and will come next time. Besides, I like new activities in art gallery, which has new look, these are attractive for children.

I want to praise their hotel night bar high quality performance by Filipinos. The pianist, the saxophone player, the singer are all good and professional. Personally I like classic English songs and music. I can say it's top 1 or 2 performance that I have experienced in Taiwan so far. One star off for not having bathtub in the room I stay, a disappointment for a hotel like this.
