Chumbi Mountain Retreat and Spa is a must visit when you land at Pelling. It's got an amazing view to Kanchanjunga mountain peak. The rooms are luxuriously beautiful with a warm ambience and scenic view. A Huge shout out to the staff as they were very forthcoming and helpful with a smile. Your trip to Sikkim is incomplete if you've missed out on this place. But hotel has very limited food options as it’s in hilly areas so don’t get bored, but food is undoubtedly delicious.
Easy to reach. Nice surroundings. Had fun in the nearby river Rambi. Nice 3-4 tourist spot nearby. Best time Oct. Nov. Then Feb. To April. Can spend 2 days just exploring the resort. It also offers activities that a person can opt for.
Amazing view of the mountains and beautiful property! It's a huge property, very clean and very well made. Rooms are huge, clean and very comfortable. Service is also really good. Although, room service can take some time since it's a really big property. Food is good and their buffet is definitely worth trying.
