The Cindrella Hotel

The hotel is located in a prime spot, and the front office staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. I had a couple of minor issues during my stay—first with the air conditioner (turns out I missed the power switch), and then with the toilet flush not stopping—but both were addressed immediately. The staff was quick, responsive, and very courteous. They also have a bar, room service, and the food is great! Plenty of parking space is available as well. Overall, a very comfortable and smooth experience. Highly recommended!

Everything was good. The rooms were good with all the amenities provided. The receptionists and other staff were good, kind and polite. The corridors were beautiful and quiet. The only problem was the pool, which was not very clean.

Randomly we looked for some property in Siliguri and came across Hotel Cindrella just on the main road. 1. The rooms are spacious for three people. 2. There is a lot of space to keep luggage. 3. Linen and towels are in clean condition. 4. Air conditioning is perfectly working fine. 5. Ambience is good. 6. Bathroom is also spacious, however there should have been a partition between shower and commode, as all the space tends to get wet/slippery while bathing. I suggest you install the concave 🪞 mirrors and improve lighting around the same to enable customers to shave without hassles. 7. As we arrived at the hotel at midnight, usually the manager ask to pay in advance the room rent, however here we were asked to do the needful next morning and this was a customer friendly gesture by the front desk staff on duty. This property owes 5 star rating from us.
