A high-quality, comfortable, and clean hotel. I was very pleased with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, and it had everything I could possibly need. Frankly, the open-buffet breakfast was even better than I expected. All the staff were very attentive and professional. I was very pleased with the service I received. I went to this hotel on the recommendation of a friend from Diyarbakır, and it will be a place I will always choose with confidence from now on.
We were more than satisfied with everything during the 1 month we spent at this hotel in Diyarbakır due to my mother's treatment. The cleanliness, comfort and service quality were really top notch. But we would like to open a separate parenthesis especially to the hotel general manager Bahar Hanım. We felt at home thanks to her smiling face, interest and professionalism. Her meticulous follow-up of every detail, her quick solutions to problems and her respect for the guests are admirable. We have formed a bond with her and we still see each other. The rooms were magnificently large and spacious, the air conditioning was working efficiently, and the presence of equipment such as a large TV, washing machine, and iron was satisfactory. The breakfast was not sufficient at all, and it definitely needs to be increased in variety and quality.
