I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and honestly, I regret not finding it sooner. It would have been much better if I had stayed here from the beginning—mainly because the location is excellent. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the station, and the room was spacious and comfortable throughout my stay. One great advantage is the fully equipped kitchen in the room. In London, where eating out can be quite expensive, this is a real bonus for saving on travel costs. Although I didn’t use the kitchen since I was only staying for a night before heading to the airport, I’m already planning to stay here again next time so I can make the most of it. Another thing that really impressed me was the staff. I arrived early, just hoping to store my luggage before check-in, but the friendly staff told me my room was ready and let me check in right away—at 9 a.m.! That was a very pleasant surprise and made my day much easier. Most hotels would just keep your bags until the official check-in time, but here, they really considered the guest’s convenience. It might seem like a small thing, but for a tired traveler, it made a big difference. I’m sincerely grateful, and I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit London.
We have been here for 7 days. The quiet and clean hotel with the great mini kitchen made it a great experience. The location is near Hyde park. Walking distance from many attractions. The personnel is warm. Cleaning personnel too and thorough
A wonderfully comfortable base near Paddington. I spent two nights at the Cleveland Hotel and couldn’t have been happier with the location—about an eight-minute stroll from Paddington Station, so getting there was a doddle. My room was surprisingly spacious for central London, and the bed was hands-down the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The bathroom was compact yet had everything I needed, and having a little kitchenette made quick snacks and morning coffees a breeze. There’s no breakfast service, but with so many cafés close by this wasn’t a problem. Every member of staff I met was upbeat and helpful, which really rounded off the stay. If you’re after a quiet, comfy spot with extra space and easy transport links, the Cleveland is a cracking choice.
