I am currently staying at the Cliff Bay Hotel and have been thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The service is exceptional, with staff consistently demonstrating a high standard of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. The hotel's elevated position offers breathtaking views, enhancing the serene and luxurious atmosphere. Furthermore, the culinary offerings are outstanding each meal has been expertly prepared and elegantly presented. The Cliff Bay Hotel truly excels in providing a refined and memorable stay. Lastly, for those wondering: yes, you can swim in the sea. The hotel provides two lifeguards on duty at all times by the water, ensuring guest safety. The sea is remarkably clear so pristine, it almost feels drinkable. A visit to the Cliff Bay Hotel comes highly recommended and should be made without hesitation. The best!

Exceptional Stay at Cliff Bay! Cliff Bay is pure paradise. Perched above the ocean with stunning views, it offers the perfect mix of luxury, tranquility, and warm Madeiran hospitality. Our room was elegant and spotless, with a view that took our breath away. The staff were outstanding—attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was a daily highlight. From the beautiful gardens to the infinity pool and Michelin-star dining, every detail was perfect. A truly unforgettable experience. We’ll be back!

An absolutely amazing hotel. Can't fault it at all. So many places to eat quality food, live entertainment while you eat and drink. We've just eaten at the Sushi By The Sea restaurant and the food, drink, staff and entertainment were first class. We were fortunate enough to have our room upgraded, OMG, the Executive Suite is incredible, thank you Cliff Bay Hotel team 😁
