We recently stayed at The Cliff Resort in Munnar, and we must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding, and every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The room was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean. The resort offers the most breathtaking views in the city, as it is situated at the highest point, providing a tranquil and peaceful ambiance. The surrounding jungle environment added an extra layer of serenity, allowing for a truly immersive stay. The resort's commitment to cleanliness was evident throughout, and every area was well-maintained. The variety and quality of the complimentary breakfast were impressive, offering something for every palate, and the a la carte menu dishes were absolutely delightful. One of the best resort with the amazing view point. Good service and very tasty Food. Staff are very friendly and co-operative. Amazing service Incident to share : My father was not keeping well all of a sudden. The resort staff immediately helped us with the medicine that needed to be brought from the town and it was also raining.stating guest are their responsibility.. overwhelmed with the service. As family and friends please do book for an amazing experience in the Munnar..

One of the best resorts I have stayed. The staffs are very polite and courteous. They assisted with every issue and demands we had. The food was amazing. The view from the room was amazing.
