I had a truly memorable experience during my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were welcoming and entertaining . The customer service team went above and beyond — always attentive, caring. The overall atmosphere was a new vibe and comfortable, and I felt genuinely valued as a guest. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a wonderful day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing experience.

Great value beachfront resort for families! Despite renovation work during our stay (main pool closed, some construction), we had a wonderful time. Beautiful location, tasty Vietnamese food, cozy oceanfront bungalows, and well-kept facilities. Staff were responsive, but the resort should better inform guests about ongoing work. Would definitely return once upgrades are complete!

All is well when it ends well ! ============••••• 27 June morning was entirely different experience. The manager really understood the essence of my feedback and made sure that we got the apt options . We experienced the true Vietnamese hospitality when they not only told us what they have understood l but also researched a lot about Indian food and prepared a special option for us .. My heart felt thank You to the team .. 🙏 =======••••••••••••••• 26 June Not the best of the experience. The location is great .. Rooms are good too .. The restaurant service was pathetic. Not served water even after requesting at the beginning .. the food was average .. the food served was cold .. limited vegetarian option Need certainly a training in hospitality and services
