Very friendly and welcoming reception staff made a great first impression. The hotel is located in a very safe area of Hamburg, within walking distance of many major attractions. It’s a pleasant and clean hotel with a comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere. The only thing I missed was a kettle or coffee machine in the room, but I understand that this may be part of the hotel chain’s policy. The breakfast was absolutely delicious – varied, fresh, and of high quality. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Hamburg!

We’ve booked rooms at The Cloud One Hotel several times now for our artists, partners, and friends — and the feedback is always the same: They loved it. The location couldn’t be better: super central and just a short walk to our space, which makes everything flow smoothly. The hotel itself is stylish and thoughtfully designed. Booking for external guests is always easy, and special requests are never a problem. Simply put: Great vibes, great team, great spot. A place we’re always happy to recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and chose it for its location near the train station and colorful interior. The area is excellent — surrounded by restaurants — and the lobby is truly impressive. There are multiple lounge zones to relax during the day or evening, plus a rooftop bar with a DJ set at night. The furniture in both the lobby and rooftop bar is from top Italian brands, and the mix of styles gives the space a unique charm. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful — special thanks to Kristina at the ground-floor bar for her great service and local tips about Hamburg. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small but well-organized, so the hotel is ideal for a short stay or business trip. If you need more space, the spacious lobby is always available. One downside: you can’t stream Netflix or use Smart TV features — something I’d expect from a modern hotel
