I work with coffee so my review is of course biased - but staying at Arabica road, and Catimor road; what can be better :-) The room was clean, comfy etc. All fine. Staff is friendly and hard working. Bicycles can be used in the area for free. The area is still very quiet and very good for an evening run without traffic noise. And the gym is great. Short walk to the funny coffee museum and the restaurant - very nice food. I got a large discount (everyone gets it) but still, the price is higher than most other hotels of similar room quality.

Far from town quality of facility was poor Staff was apologetic for the facility but does not compensate for short comings of the property It was like best they can do is as 75% of the intention but missing the mark significantly And the prices charged were 4-5x times that of local coffee places and quality was not there

Stayed for 4 days holiday in August 2024. In terms of room, you'll be occupying 1 room out of many rooms in a house; there will be other guests. It is like a house-share, with a common kitchen space and living room. There are board games and a guitar provided. The guitar is a nuisance. Other guests will strum the guitar at all sorts of hours as if they were some rock star. Walls are thin, guests speaking loudly in the morning/night will wake you. We were given a room facing the other house under renovations, construction work starts 7am and interrupted our sleep. Upon feedback to the management, they arranged for complimentary activities like horse riding, archery, yoga and foot soak. They also suggested to change a room within the same house, and also tried to tell the workers next door to keep to quiet work but inevitably, loud knocking noises were still heard in mornings and afternoons. Also, hot water was not working for all 4 days of my stay. Coffee sold at the Trung Nguyen cafes were more expensive than the prices you can find at Winmart all around Vietnam. I paid 350.000 for the small pack Sang Tao 8, but it was only 253.000 in Winmart. Overall location is also isolated from the main areas for local food and other sights. The whole development looks incomplete and deserted except for occasional local tourists. Expect to grab car everywhere.
