The Coffee Club Apartahotel

Being my first time in Colombia I had absolutely no expectations. This apartment was cozy, cute and we'll maintained. I am travelling alone and although I don't speak any Spanish, the staff really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. From reception, check in to the breakfast service, everyone was very kind and professional. The bathrooms have great facilities. Super powerful and hot water. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Manizales. As a foreigner on a budget, being able to stay in a 4-5 star accommodation would usually not be possible for me. I am very grateful for this place. Gracias por Todo! 🙏

The location is fabulous. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. Very clean. And don't miss breakfast and coffee at the Cafe on the top floor

We were hosting a group of five guests from London. The rooms are nice, the fifth floor coffee bar is lovely (with good service). However, this hotel does seem to have a problem with towels: one guest was accused of staining a towel and threatened with a bill for it, another was interrogated publicly in Reception about the state of his towels after a week of use. Looking at other reviews of this hotel, it seems that our experience was not the first time this has happened. When we raised this with Administration, we received an intemperate voice message insulting our guests. We will not use this hotel again.
