Definitely chic and old style, from the furniture to the appliances. It's really interesting how they have everything laid out in the rooms, and it's also a lovely additive that they have a safe in every room. It really gave me peace of mind knowing I could lock my things away in a safe only i could access while I stayed there. It was also very convenient that the hotel was near by many convenience stores and subway entrances within walking distance. The housekeeping for the hotel rooms were prompt and hard working, I appreciate their time. Overall, I had a great time there and service was delightful.

The room I got was small, lack of basic amenities, and not clean. There’s no fridge and microwave in the room. Shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided was extremely tiny and it was a used half filled shampoo from the previous person! Hair dryer was missing and I found a ball of really disgusting looking hair on my bed sheet!!! The bed and the pillows were so stiff that made my back hurt the next day. For the price I paid, which is almost 250, it is definitely not worth it!!! Staff and housekeeping need to do a better job and this place need some serious upgrades for their rooms!

My partner and I were really excited to visit this hotel because it looked cute and unique. However, I think camping outside is just about as comfortable, plus it’s cheaper. We had problems with the heat not working properly although when we called before they told they have temperature control but they lied. One night was too cold and then too hot all night. It was never just right. We asked the front desk to fix it and they said they have central air for the entire floor. They said they tried to fix it but it was just as bad. So cold for hours not working and then the heat would make us sweat for hours. Very annoying. Our room also did not have any nightstands or lamps so we had to get creative and make some makeshift nightstands and use our cellphones as lamps to turn off the light to get to the bed. The floors had salt marks from snowy shoes from previous guests so we just wore our shoes in the room the whole time. It really felt like camping without the joy of being in nature as a reward. I almost wish I would have brought flip flops for the shower.
