The Colonnade Hotel Back Bay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Colonnade Hotel, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with my experience. First, the rooms were exceptionally clean, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. Everything was spotless, from the floors to the bathroom, and the attention to detail was evident. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night after a day of sightseeing. The staff at The Colonnade really stood out. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or had questions about amenities, they were always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is another huge plus. It's ideally situated in a great neighborhood with easy access to shopping, dining, and some of the city's top attractions. Whether I was exploring the area on foot or taking public transport, everything was conveniently close. Overall, The Colonnade Hotel provides excellent value for money. The combination of cleanliness, friendly staff, and fantastic location makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommend!

This was my second stay at The Colonnade and we had a lovely time. We specifically had a fantastic experience at the rooftop pool. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and accommodating, starting with the greeter, the lifeguard, all the servers, and the manager, Chris. What a great staff! Rooms weren’t quite ready when we arrived, so reception was running a bit behind checking people in, but we received a personal phone call as soon as our room was ready. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the on site restaurant but grabbed a drink and really enjoyed the vibes.

Fantastic hotel in back bay. Clean rooms and spacious. Great pool on roof but was a little "adult" even during daytime. No biggie tho still enjoyed. Right across from the prudential center. One downside no valet
