Really enjoyed our stay. The person who checked us in was great!!! Made us feel welcomed and very personable. Valet was also awesome. Very quick! Room was clean and comfortable will definitely come back

I recently stayed at The Commerce Hotel and was honestly so impressed. The entire place is super clean and beautiful—you can tell they take pride in keeping everything well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, the lobby felt welcoming, and the whole vibe was relaxing. But what really stood out to me was the front dest guy, Mr. Johnny. He was so kind, respectful, and professional. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel like a valued guest. He answered all my questions with patience and a smile, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days—he truly made the experience feel special. If you’re planning a trip, I highly recommend staying here. Great atmosphere, clean space, and thanks to Johnny, some of the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The manager can use some training. I walked to the ice machine for my baby’s milk and it said if it was out of service dial 0, I went back to my room put my baby to sleep dialed 0 only to be told I had to now wake my baby up and walk down to floor 7 to see if that machine worked for ice because there was NO ONE who could bring ice to my room. My husband loves to gamble but we will not be returning now because my son’s milk will be rotten by tomorrow. Room are cleanish, could use some dusting. It also smells like smoke when you walk into the “nonsmoking” building.
