Great hotel, great location, even better service. From valet to front desk to the bar, the service is so welcoming and easy. We loved everyone but cannot say enough about the bartender Jonathan. He was so personable and kind, made us some solid classic cocktails while giving us the DL on the city. Super central and walking distance to everything you’re looking for. Simple, clean and cozy rooms. Will absolutely stay again. Thanks to the team that made us feel so welcome!
I found this hotel while searching for the best hotels in downtown Richmond. It’s a very beautiful place and the room is huge with two tvs and a private bedroom. There is a valet for your car and the location is great if you want to be in downtown. There is a park across the street. I came to see a comedy show.
Loved this hotel and highly recommend! Eric the bellman gave us amazing service right from the start, and the front desk staff was just as friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great aesthetic. The location was perfect, next to the park for walking your dog and felt very safe being next to the State Capitol. Highly recommend—will definitely be back!
