Food is Perfect. Rooms are old but everything at place. Now onwards leamontree will take care. Building is under remodifications. Rest is okay. Feels 3 star hotel.
I had a terrible experience at The Competent Palace. The lobby washroom was smelly, and honestly, the entire ambience had an unpleasant odor. It felt uncomfortable right from the moment I walked in. To make matters worse, the staff took over 15 minutes just to complete the check-in process and this was despite me having a confirmed booking , no proper hospitality. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting a smooth and clean stay
Except for location, nothing is good about this property. No amenities were there in the room. The room was damaged and NO cleanliness is there. Linens and AC comforts were full of visible stains. The cleanliness of the washroom was so bad. Not recommended or will never go for this property. Don't know how they get 4 star rating..wondor
