Beautiful setting, spa was amazing and worth every penny. As for the staff ... Some of the loveliest people. Reception staff so welcoming and Ali in the bar was the host with the most , made us feel at home ,made us laugh, was very polite and makes a great cocktail to boot. Stayed for work but 100% will come back again with my partner. Keep up the good work

Me and the Wife, came away for one night of well earned freedom, with a spa day and hotel stay. From the moment we got there the staff were brilliant. The spa area is great, as it was a Friday it wasn't busy too. Which is a bon My wife is pregnant and Julie was just there to check on her all the time....absolutely Brilliant lady.....even kept the Wife fed ! The rooms were great too, and the food from the restaurant was immense, there isn't a single issue we had for anything. Staff and facilities were just brilliant. Definitely will be back.

The best spa we’ve stayed at by far, went into the restaurant before checking in and we had absolutely amazing service and even better food!! Had the private outdoor bath experience and it was out of this world, looking out onto a great view. Then had food in the blossom kitchen which again was delicious, amazing service from all staff. We went into the spa for 2 hours and they have a great variety of saunas to try, the pool, and hot tubs outside. Our room was so clean and we hada lovely view looking out onto the beautiful lake. Our stay was 10/10, would 100% come again it is so worth it. All staff are absolutely lovely and are all happy to help in anyway!!
