The hotel and its employees have given me the best experience of visiting an international country. We were welcomed and well taken care of. The bathrooms were clean and beautiful and the toilets had a bidet. They provided reliable shuttle service for a reasonable fee. Held our bags after checking out to give us some shopping time while we waited for our shuttle. This is in the center of the town and every things is in walking distance from food shopping and site seeing you will always find your way back to the hotel.
The hotel is located in a prime location nearby the main city attractions (Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia), public transit and many food options nearby. The hotel itself is clean, spacious and provides very good value. The staff were kind and very accommodating, especially Yahya. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Istabul.
The hotel itself is good. Service is really nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is perfect, in the center center. However, the bathroom has a lot of humidity and that makes it unpleasant. We lost on of our identity cars and they were super helpful to find it. They also let us leave there our luggage. A nice place to stay, only I would change is the toilet.
