The Continental Hotel Heathrow

Cannot fault this place. Room was nice and quite spacious, a plane every 30 seconds which we couldn’t hear at all, was very quiet! Originally started with a room for me and partner, but was let down with kid sitters at last min so asked hotel if it were possible to add on the kids, they bent over backwards for us to get us a room to then include kids within a short space of time, very very friendly people. Would highly recommended

I usually book hotel every once or twice in a week. We booked for Superior Double room but unfortunately you guys fooled us by giving twin bed and you attached those beds, wow.. unbelievable I would love to get refund or discount for this mistake. We pay for the healthy stay at hotel but you guys don't even value up for our price and stay

Firstly the staff are miserable, they charge for towels and locks for lockers. Their shower gel/bodywash in the rooms are horrible also the hand washes in the rooms are bad. Very unclean! Ac in the room doesn’t work and dirty toilets with faulty flush. Never again! Loads of stains on the desk lamps, walls etc
