My hubby and I had a very relaxing time in the Shepards Hut and really enjoyed the views. It's placed in such a beautiful spot in the countryside and is only a short drive to Hawick. Gill and Jock were lovely hosts, who made us feel at home and put us on a delicious breakfast in the morning.
Beautiful property! We rented the whole property for 4 days rather than as a B&B. The house owner was very helpful and accomodating to our needs. Rooms are lovely and spacious, most have ensuite. House is tastefully decorated and kitchen is fullt equipped. It was kind of the home owner to let us have access to the larder. Great location. Just over an hours drive to Edinburgh. 45 mins to Grey mares tail walk. Beautiful scenery and surrounding areas.
Beautiful location but difficult to find as a little way out. WiFi available but not working. Lovely rooms and beautiful views. Breakfast OK.
