The Coral Tree

One of the best places i’ve stayed in SA. Great value for money, extremely friendly staff and in a very strategic location (close to the mall and other shops). Beds are comfortable, TV’s are smart and overall it’s very safe. I’m a night person who usually leaves during the night and still I felt very safe entering and leaving the premises, 10/10 in my book and will most definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed at The Coral Tree Guesthouse during the 2024 Innibos Kunstefees (an annual arts festival). He was one of the artists for the Musical Meander production. I travel for business, and although I am not as well-traveled as my husband, this was by far the most luxurious accommodation I've had. The personal attention guests receive made me feel like royalty. Our hostess welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour of the property and its facilities. When she showed us our room I was blown away. Everything was crispy clean and there were enough plug points at all the strategic places: at the coffee station, the desk, and behind each bedside table. There were normal and reading lights next to the beds. The linen was silky soft and the mattress, pillows, and duvet were top of the range. The garden is a birder's paradise! I spent most of me free time sitting outside, identifying birds. Even though the guesthouse was full, the property is large enough to allow guests privacy in the large garden and around the swimming pool. The highlight of my stay was breakfast. Fresh, healthy food made precisely to your dietary requirements. I will return again and again!
