The Cottages at Naples Bay Resort

Absolutely incredible service from the front end staff to the restaurant employees and bartenders. Our entire stay was greeted with smiles and friendly staff. The amenities offered were fantastic. Cleanliness is will rate as a 10. Hope who works at the front will actually go out of her way to assure that you are satisfied and taken care of. I could not say enough about Naples Bay Resort& Marina.

Honest review. My husband and I stayed at the resort this past weekend. We had a very lovely time. The rooms are very clean, and everyone we encountered from the front desk all the way to valet was very pleasant. Cafe on the bay was the cutest coffee shop with the most delicious coffee. The new Blackbird restaurant is walking distance and connected to the hotel and it was fantastic. The only downside would be it was a little dated and may need some renovations. Overall, I think the resort was great and will definitely revisit.

The resort and rooms are immaculate - beautiful and clean. The location is ideal for exploring Naples, and the shuttle to 5th Ave and the beach is incredibly convenient! A five-star service rating is specifically for the drivers/valet /bellman team - they are exceptional! Every gentleman we interacted with went above and beyond. Their enthusiasm, helpfulness, energy (even late at night) - you cannot fault them. Unlike the reception team who did seem to struggle with customer service. Even generally appearing pleased to be there would go a long way. One lady in particular had a teenage-like attitude to anything we asked and does not represent the standard of the resort. We also rented a boat for the day from the marina which I highly recommend!
