Fabulous hotel. Stayed with the family and it is in such a good location. The apartment was clean and well maintained with lovely furnishings. You do need to pay for anything from the mini bar but it has full cooking facilities and has a dishwasher. Definitely give this place a go.
I wouldn't recommend these apartments in the summer as the room was unbearably hot with 2 fans on and the window open. This was by far the largest drawback of this accommodation. Location - Amazing in terms of closeness to train station and metro. The streets around the accommodation didn't feel particularly safe at night. Kitchen Inventory - Saucepans, baking sheet, dishwasher tabs, plates, bowls, knives, forks , spoons, glasses, mugs, sponge, dish brush. Very well stocked for some cooking. There were salt and pepper shakers but these were empty so definitely grab some sachets from a cafe. Fully equipped for tea and coffee. Staff - The experience was varied depending on who I interacted with. Overall, they were lovely and helpful. Check In/Check Out - I was able to check in very early which was unexpected but very much appreciated. I'd definitely recommend carrying multiple cards check in as the machine struggled to read my Mastercard. Check out and bag storage was a really smooth process. Room - As stated above it was too warm. Beyond that is was lovely, spacious and had everything I could possibly need. Everything was clean and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. The TV and wifi worked as expected. Even used the iron and ironing board while there. Really was a home away from home.
Although the hotel is very good, and good value for money... They have not returned to me the insane £100 deposit after more than 14 days... Practically stealing my money. I had to start a dispute through the bank Update: almost a month and deposit still not back
