The County Hotel

What an absolutely delightful place! First we were greeted with the most beautiful warming smile. The staff are just lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean. The building has so much character and we loved the dining room and library. It's beautifully located central to everything. I would definitely return if I'm back in Napier again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I recently attended the hotel’s Art Deco breakfast/brunch. What a pleasure! The setting was beautiful and comfortable, the service very warm, friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and generous. I often dine at the hotel’s restaurant and I absolutely love it. Amazing food and ambience!

A wonderful find in the Art Deco town of Napier. As soon as we contacted the hotel they were doing everything to help us and make us feel welcome. We were arriving before the check in time but Angela arranged for us to check in early and sorted out our parking arrangements. She also provided us with a list of recommended eating places, which also hit the spot. A wonderful host. The hotel is beautifully decorated in art deco style, which we are great fans of. We were shown to our room with all the facilities pointed out. There was complimentary port available on the first floor, which we enjoyed. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly, so if you are visiting Napier, stay here.
