What a lovely experience for a family. Fun yet also quiet and that waterslide is just amazing for the kids. Jashan and his team not only tend to all needs, but after we exited, we realize we left some valuables and they had notes on the room and what was found and helped arrange to Courier it back to us. We will certainly be there again for many years to come !!!
What a place! My friends and I had a weekend vacation here and let me tell you - that wasn't nearly long enough! Beautiful location, at the edge of Kelowna where it's nice and quiet, and right on the water. Great rooms withs lots of space for each person. And the staff were awesome, very respectful, friendly, and accommodating. I loved this resort! Can't wait to go back!
Everything was great. Rooms were clean and tidy. The grounds were well kept. The only issue was the 5pm check-in, and then 10 am check out. The restaurant in the hotel doesn't even open till 11 am. So checkout at 11 am. would make more sense for food accommodation before departing, and alleviate the rushed feeling in the morning.
