I usually stay here during my visits, and I find the hotel staff to be extremely polite and friendly. It’s always welcoming to return. The facilities at this hotel are incredible, featuring a large sauna, a spacious steam room, and both a sizable cold plunge pool and a huge sauna. The gym is also impressive, equipped with the latest equipment. If you’re into health and sports, this is the place to stay. One of my favorites is the club lounge, where I can relax in the afternoon. The service from Fernando, who has been here for as long as I can remember (at least the last three years), is always amazing.

Rating: 7/10 Overall, my stay at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel was good and the facilities met my expectations. However, I was disappointed with the check-in experience. Although my booking clearly stated that the room would have a view of city landmarks, I was initially given a room facing a building wall, with no proper view. When I brought this up, the front desk staff member (TIN) did not acknowledge my request seriously or attempt to resolve it at that time, despite the hotel not being busy. I had to call guest services separately to have my room changed, which was eventually done and I appreciated that. Still, I’m surprised this wasn’t handled properly from the start. It left me with a negative first impression of the service. I expected more attentiveness and professionalism, especially from a hotel of this standard.
