I got married in Fort Worth a few weeks ago and contacted The Crescent about getting ready in one of their suites. The location is absolutely perfect and the whole hotel has this glamorous feel about it. We ended up needing to get into the suite earlier in the morning than we had originally planned for hair and makeup and all of the staff at The Crescent were so kind and incredibly accommodating! I know the whole thing was an inconvenience to them, but they worked with me and made my whole day so wonderful and relaxing and I’m so grateful! Not to mention the rooms are gorgeous and it was the perfect spot to stay on the wedding night too. Would definitely recommend staying here!
I had brunch @ Emilia's on May 18. The restaurant, staff (we loved Ernesto!), and service were all top notch. I want to single out front desk staff member Sheila Fulton. She noticed that our party of 4 was attempting to get photos and she stepped in unobtrusively to ask if she could help. As a result, she captured great pictures that will help us remember our time together. Ms. Fulton is the very definition of superior customer service. Please let her know that her caring attitude made a good day a really great one!
Stayed here this summer while visiting family for 4 days. The hotel is definitely about aesthetics. Room had a lot of wasted space and the dresser drawers were tiny. This hotel seems more geared towards business people and couples. Not really family friendly, no microwave, no mini fridge, no pool, has mini bar with insanely priced drinks and snacks. A/C and water went out during our stay as well. A lot of construction on the roads directly outside of hotel which made it tricky to come and go. The hotel restaurant was good but no kid friendly options. Overall I would say it’s fine for a few days but not for families.
