One the best and top rated Properties in Panjim just located opposite to Miramar beach in prime location. Location, Rooms, Food, Service everything are top notch and exceeded the expectations. Rooms are very spacious with all ultra modern amenities as per 4 Star hotel. In- room dining- Food and service is excellent with decent budget. Complimentary Breakfast is excellent with all varities of assorted long spread Highly recommended whoever is visiting Panjim with family.

We loved it here. Staff are amazing - even helped us make phone calls to touring companies because we couldn't speak Hindi - and were happy to chat and give us recommendations. The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything works well. The restaurant on floor 11 was divine. The buffet breakfast was quite good too. WiFi was reliable, perfect for digital nomads and great value for money.

It has its benefits. Close to the beach, quite centrally located. The staff is pleasant and attentive. Could have been a really good property if they paid a bit more attention to their cleanliness. The rooms are very musty and smell weird, due to them being close to water. The water seepage in the walks makes the rooms musty. The AC's are full of dust and not serviced in a long time hence creating the mustiness in the rooms. Made it hard to breathe. Their beds and linen need to be checked and quality controlled, they're not changed regularly. After the first night I realized the bed linen was dirty and had been slept in. Our stay generally was not bad. But for the value I expected basic cleanliness. Room cleanliness has to be priority. The room was big enough and it was good we got an upgrade. But the musty smell really bothered us. I would still opt to stay elsewhere next time.
