The Croke Park Hotel

This hotel, based on our experience, routinely outperforms expectations. The rooms are clean, decent size, and well appointed. Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is varied and fresh while you can be assured of a nice meal in the spacious modern bar-restaurant area. The only reason that this doesn’t get a higher score is because of the location - you will not want to walk around here, it’s a taxi everywhere. It’s a perfect location for the night before at the nearby Mater Hospital, and of course the adjacent stadium.

My wife and I stayed here unexpectedly due to a canceled flight and were so relieved to find this hotel was an absolute gem. The staff were friendly and helpful at every turn, and the in-house restaurant had some of the best food we had our entire 2 week trip around Europe, all with wait staff who were kind and conversational. Comfortable rooms with every amenity we needed, though my one note would be that the television was limited to only cable (lucky for us Glastonbury live coverage was on!). The location is also very central and walkable, with a noticeable buzz in the air on game day with the stadium nearby. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

Stayed here for 2 nights to attend concerts in Dublin and had an amazing experience. Staff were friendly , helpful and polite and seemed to genuinely enjoy speaking to customers. Room was clean and spacious and extremely good value for money. Delighted with my stay and would highly recommend.
