Enjoyed this hotel immensely. The bathroom door didn't close all the way in the bedroom but the bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. The hotel had many photo ops. The service was top tier. Check In and check out was quick and seamless. The table games team greeted us as we walked by. IVY sent up whatever we needed quickly like blankets, etc. We will be back!

Great location, centered on the strip, close to everything. The rooms are a tad dated. Decor is dark and elegant. Best for couples esp due to the shower mirror that you can see through when the lighting is a certain way. Wish there was a (not a chain) coffee shop inside. Caesars has a good one that isn't Starbucks and is close by. For the price, it's decent. But I will probably stay at Caesars or Paris next time.

This hotel was very dirty and I'd recommend looking elsewhere. We only had one night in town and this was the right location for where we needed to be. The location of the hotel was very convenient, easy to get around and we had no issues there. The service upon check-in was great and the woman who checked us in was personable and friendly. The room was extremely dirty. We had to follow up twice with housekeeping and only one of the requests was met. We had to call for pillows because there were 2 queen size pillows on our King bed. We did get additional pillows from housekeeping within about an hour. Our next request for was a new comforter because ours was stained (pictures included) with what looked like blood. We called for this and we got an answer on the phone, but no comforter was ever dropped off. There was dust on everything, the room was beat up, there were holes in the sheets and missing buttons on chairs, rust on the ceiling and it was just generally a room that looked like it did not get any attention or cleaning. I also reached out to the Cromwell with my questions and complaints to their Support with photos and did not receive a response. This location is not worth the money you think you may be saving (plus resort fees and parking which I know are standard).
