The Crossways

A massive thank you to all the staff and management at Crossways over the Glastonbury Festivals weekend. Nothing was too much for them, the service received was 5 star and the food and drinks were excellent. We enjoyed breakfast with you every morning from Thurs-Monday and you were a big part of our experience, huge thanks!

Enjoyed the food, and the helpful staff. We will go again. As we only ate and drank there. We can not comment on other aspects of the place. However, friends of ours who stayed said tgey were more than happy with the whole experience.

Restaurant Review _________________ Booked in for 13:30 for a carvery for a family birthday. Was shown to the table and then didn't hear anything for a good 30 minutes, we went up and spoke to staff who said it was order at the bar, this we weren't told. We then wait in queue for the carvery and by the time we get there they had ran out of a massive selection of food, of which some of the party couldn't eat. We were then told to come back 5 minutes later in which to be told they wouldn't top up the food and they could only offer what was there. We are now there for 1 hour without food.... My partner being pregnant hadn't eaten and my child was starved with no solution offered I highly advise avoiding this place as the management seem to only be after a quick cash grab!
