I stayed over with some friends, the staff was absolutely brilliant, I cannot stress that higher! Apart from that, the breakfast was good, out of the / breakfasts we had funnily enough it was one day fully Asian and the next very western... in general had a wide range of options in a buffet style service. The room was big and he sleeping comfort was appropriate! We walked from the hotel every night back and forth from the city center and it was totally safe, 15 mins walk. The pool is refreshing, they provide towels there!

We arrived at the hotel yesterday after being picked up by the staff. They were right where they said they'd be at the airport with a big sign with our name on. This is a complimentary service. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink and cold towel, very nice indeed. Then we were showed to our room which was modern and clean. The pool area is the star of the show with light music, umbrellas for shade, sunlounger service and a great waterfall into the pool. The staff are also fantastic, very friendly and welcoming, always smiley and giving excellent service. Very relaxing and thoroughly enjoying ourselves so far. Thank you very much from us in room 111 :)

Very confusing hotel. First came here to stay for one night before I had to make an extension for another night due to unfinished business I had in Siem Reap. But when I called the receptionist, he says that I couldn't keep my current room (a room with 2 different-sized bed) as the hotel is fully booked for tomorrow. Which is funny since after I go online and checked on Agoda, there are still couple of room available to be booked. Which I later booked for tomorrow Second the hotel has a policy to charged kids who is 13 years old or older and despite my long explanation to the hotel staff, my nephew who is gonna be 13 years old next June is still being charged for USD 5. A charged that according to the receptionist was for "breakfast fee" even though from the very beginning I already booked the room (and the room for the next day) with free breakfast through Agoda Overall very very confusing hotel. Should've left the hotel after my first night and stayed elsewhere at one of the dozens of international hotel chains available in the city but sadly the hotel's close proximity to where I do my business prevented me from doing so
